EQ Recovery Rooms

The strongest version of you is found in the balance between training and recovery.

Infrared Sauna

Restore. Recharge. Reset.

Step into the warmth of our private sauna and give your body the time and space it needs to recover. Our infrared sauna combines infrared heat with red light therapy to promote relaxation, support circulation, ease muscle tension, and leave you feeling refreshed-physically and mentally.

Sessions are 30 minutes long, with temperatures ranging from 100 degrees to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. New to sauna? Our staff will be happy to help you get started!

Cold Tub

Embrace the cold. Recover with purpose.

Immerse yourself into our state of the art cold tub after training and challenge your body in a completely different way. Controlled cold exposure can support recovery, promote circulation, and help you feel refreshed and ready for what’s next.

Sessions are 10 minutes long (beginners recommended between 90 seconds to 2 minutes), with temperatures ranging from 40 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. New to cold plunging? Our staff will be happy to help you get started!

Frequently Asked Questions

“How do I book a Recovery Room?”

Book your session through the Mindbody app. All sessions are by appointment only-we do not accommodate walk ins at this time. Having trouble? Please text “Recovery Room” to 803-603-7273 and we will be happy to help!

“Do I need to shower before using the cold tub?”

Yes. Please rinse off with water before entering the cold plunge. No soap or body wash is necessary. If you’re moving from the sauna to the cold tub, please rinse between sessions and use a cover-up while traveling through common areas.

“Can non-members use the Recovery Rooms?”

Absolutely! The Recovery Rooms are available to members and non-members 18 years of age and older!

“What should I bring?”

Bring your own towel (in the event your forget we have limited towels on site for you to use). From there, we recommend you bring sandals or flip flops, a water bottle, and a change of clothes. Bathing suits (with cover up for common areas) are encouraged but not required.

“Can I use the sauna and cold tub together?”

Yes! Contrast Therapy is an amazing recovery option! We recommend sauna → rinse →cold plunge, transitioning to the cold plunge within 2 minutes of leaving the sauna. Booking both appointments back to back is required.
